Down Payment Assistance Workshop:
Free two (2) hour orientation on down payment assistance programs and other loan products covering the following topics:
- Am I ready to purchase a home?
- Do I qualify for down payment assistance?
- How much house can I afford?
- What funds are available for potential homebuyers?
- What are the steps in the home buying process?

Time: 9:30 a.m. - 11:30 a.m.
Dates: Jan 7, Feb 4, March 4, April 1, May 6, June 3, July 8, Aug 5, Sept 2, Oct 7, Nov 4

Homebuyer's Education Class:
- HUD-certified eight (8) hour free class
- Open to ALL individuals
- Certificate valid for up to one (1) year, required by all down payment programs in the area

Free two (2) hour workshop covering the following:

The Thrive Connection: “Financial Empowerment/Homebuyer Club Workshops”
Our FREE 4 hour workshops are based on FDIC’s Money Smart™ curriculum. Topics of discussion will include credit scores, debt reduction and owning a home. A certificate will be given at the completion of the workshop.
Eligibility: Persons with a disability or families who have a family member with a disability, and/or income lower than $35,000.
